- HOW TO USE THE CALENDULA TREATMENT
To obtain the maximum effect from this natural product it should be taken on an empty stomach, that's why we recommend taking it 15 to 30 minutes before meals. In the morning of course you can take as soon as you get up no matter if it is more than 30 minutes before breakfast.
You should take one tablet 3 times a day, if you miss one dose; you can double the next dose.

There is only one acceptable sweetener in a cancer diet – Stevia, which is an herb.
Drink only filtered or distilled water and if you add fresh lemon juice is better.

Eat Sprouts.
Use olive oil or coconut oil only. No other vegetable oils.
Fruits in moderation eat especially grapes, blueberry, raspberry, figs, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya.

Soak raw un-roasted almonds overnight in water; blend in the morning just before you use it. Ratio of almond to water depends upon how concentrated you like your almond milk.
SALAD DRESSING
1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup water, salt, 1 teaspoon fine chopped onion, 4 to 6 teaspoons chopped parsley, 1/2 fine chopped tomato. Mix avocado, water, salt and parsley together then add fine chopped tomato and onion.
FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Put in blender fresh fruit of your choice, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, Raw Almond
